Med climate but don't really see them like that in Europe.. Oregon somewhere perhaps?

Record lows are far too mild for an Oregon location that averages sub-freezing lows in winter. See Medford, OR as an example.

Yes Virginia. Since two of you have been unable to pinpoint the exact station, two hints are: the 2009/10 season was the snowiest (dating back to 1966 when the station opened), and the March record low was set 1 Mar 1980 and tied on 3 Mar 2009 and 4 Mar 2014; the all-time record low was set 17 Jan 1982, tied 20&21 Jan 1985, and 19 Jan 1994. The area is hardly urbanised today, so I doubt it went subzero (at most 1 or 2 below) in the cold winters preceding 1966.
