Guess:
wow very odd climate, since it's imperial it's probably in US, the cool nights means that it's in the western US but it's wet season is in summer, but still has a wet winter too, and all together very wet climate. My best guess is that it's somewhere in the Appalachian Mountains but even then it doesn't seam to fit the profile.
