That was a tricky one for sure... I figured it was on the west coast but like Candle, I couldn't pin down it exactly as the stats didn't seem to match any major centre. Wouldn't have even thought of Mount Hamilton as I haven't even heard of it. Definitely good one... let's see if Stumbler can get one as equally or more challenging.

Temps look similar to somewhere like Addis Ababa or Nairobi, but neither of those places have that much rainfall.

Baguio City, Philippines. The extreme precipitation gave it away. There aren't many places that have maximum monthly precipitation norms over 1000 mm.
