Living In Las Vegas:
114+ = Blazing Hot (Usually Doesn't Reach Past 113 in The Summer)
110-113 = Really Hot
105-109 = Hot
80-104 = Warm
70-79 = Perfect
60-69 = Cold
40-59 = Freezing
0-39 = Ice Cold
Negatives = I've never been anywhere in the Negatives, so... I'm gonna say... I'll Freeze To Death

5C-10C cold
0C-5C freezing
below 0C bitterly cold

Frigid: Anything below zero

Obviously these numbers would change somewhat depending on humidity and wind. These are assuming little to no wind and moderate humidity.

-8 to -20C - extremely cold
-1 to -7C - very cold
0-4C - cold
5-10C - cool
10-15C - cool but mild
16-19C - mildly warm
20-24C - warm
25-28C - very warm
29-32C - hot
33-36 - very hot
37 and above - extreme heat (aka hell 2.0)
