No snow here yet in Vancouver, BC. The rain and drizzle have gone for now and we've had clear skies but now the temperature has dropped like a stone... overnight lows here are forecast to be around 21F (-6C) on Tuesday night brr....
There might be a snow/rain mix by the end of the week....
Well, we might see our first significant snowfall of the season here in southern minnesota. We are under a blizzard watch tuesday through wednesday night.
It is snowing currently. So far, 4-5 inches have fallen on the day, and we will likely see another 4-10 before tomorrow is over. The NWS is even predicting snow accumulations of 2 inches in downtown Sacramento, which hasn't happened in over 30 years.
we have had flurries off and on the past couple of days....up here in Grand Forks ND (northeastern ND) we have 5 inch snow depth and looking at about 5 degrees above for a high today.... with colder air arriving Wednesday and beyond for some below zero daytime readings.
You guys from Iowa and southeast Minnesota into Wisconsin and far northwest Illinois and the UP of Michigan will get rocked tuesday night and wednesday....hang tight.
We had about an inch of snow last night - however, it's not too cold out there. It's 31 outside, and there is only an inch of snow on the ground. I'll wait until it starts getting below 25 in the daytime to call it cold.
It's snowing very lightly now. Until last night, we hadn't had anything of snow to speak of except one very light dusting and a heavy dusting. This time will count as snow though.
It looks like Neb. and Iowa will get hit a lot harder then we will. Snow is predicted until about midnight in southeastern So. Dak. It also looks like Sx. Falls may get hit with 4 to 8 inches of snow. I live an hour west of there and about 2 inches is predicted.
