Yes, it snowed again overnight - our 3rd snowfall so far this December, a couple of inches. (Poor quality phone pic)
Apart from last December - which was exceptional - it's not very common to get snow much before Christmas. I can remember almost completely snowless Winters in my youth 1970-76 and again in parts of the 80s, late 90s and 2000s.
The past 2 winters, though, have had a lot of snow here.

I checked the long range forecast and it doesn't look like Toronto will have a white Xmas.
Interesting that there is snow in several parts of the UK (though it may melt fast I realize) whereas many parts of southern and eastern Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, as well as colder areas of the northeastern U.S. have no snow at all.
You would normally have at least some snow at this time of year in much of northeastern North America.
Meanwhile, already lots of reports of car accidents and even deaths on the road due to icy conditions across the country.
