We are in an ice age, for 80% of Earth's history there have been no continental glaciers. It's uncertain when we'll enter another interglacial period, but the current nature of Earth's tilt coupled with increased concentrations of CO2 in the atmosphere means this is unlikely soon.

Nice thread. Ignore the ignorant and rude comments. What are the regression coefficients though? I'm not sure 16 years is a large enough sample to be statistically significant. You could try 30+ years and run some hypothesis testing to validate your theory.
At any rate though, I doubt this has anything to do with an ice age coming.
