Sounds like this January, Seattle's weather was more like San Francisco's norm.

We had above average temps for almost 3 weeks in January, showed in my gas bill for my heat, a big woohoo! Of course, we may pay for it in February!

We also didn't have any frost here in Vancouver, BC either and was one of the warmest on record.... lowest temperature for the month of January was 33.6F (0.9C) at night on January 7th..

Yeah, and most of the UK has experienced more snow so far this winter than Toronto.
