Shorts and sandals weather, low 70, high 75 (yes, I want very little daily temperature variation), and sunny. Sunrise: 4:30 AM, and sunset: 7:30 PM. All year long. Of course, it is not physically possible, which is what makes it... ideal.

maximum temperatures: 75F
minimum temperatures: 60F

That would be perfect for me. Having small temperature differences throughout the day removes sweater/light coat inconveniences. It would be constant t-shirt weather without having to endure uncomfortable heat.

Example: South Florida during January/February when it's not being hit by a cold front.

Constant "t-shirt" weather?
Like wearing a t-shirt at 5 am too?
Best weather for that is no lows below 75 F (24 C).

My ideal temperatures would be 70 to 85 degrees. I'd also like blue skies and sunshine.

Forget Maggie Valley and head up to Toronto;
that's "textbook" winter weather here; dead-on "seasonal average".

65 to 85, sunny with occasional intense thunderstorms

I wouldn't mind a cold season with 35-55 range in the coldest month
