I agree record heat/cold is usually preceded/followed by record heat/cold. We've been below average as well, but only AFTER a record breaking HOT summer that lasted till mid-October. So I'm hoping for a cooler summer in South Texas if I have to stay, but if Colorado comes calling, Laterz....
