I am happy our heat wave is coming to an end. I cannot understand how mild/warm winters can justify living in a place with multiple months of weather we just had.
At least on a cold winter day one can bundle up to play outside or go play pond hockey if it has been cold enough for a long enough period. In this weather one cannot do anything outside because it is too dangerous.
Just out of church and on the way out I could hear this american saying 'oh it was 110 degrees here for 30 days last year but it feels much hatter here' I knew right away that she was from Arizona.
less than 12 hours till humidity is gone. Countdown!
Just got out of work and for the first time in weeks, I didn't feel like I was swimming through the air. No temperature of 74°F when I get out and it wasn't 82°F when I got to work, either . Heat index of 78°F right now at the airport, feels so cool now compared to the past couple weeks. Current dew point of 69°F, weird how it feels dryish now lol.
