It will have a good amount when the current proposed ones are completed, but they are scattered into 3 or 4 clusters rather than one cluster like most cities with good skylines have.
I wish London had more skyscrapers... for a city of over 8 million people it does not have that many to be honest. Obviously it will never be like New York or Tokyo but they should add some new tall buildings :P
London's skyline is very impressive when viewed from a certain angle as it makes Canary Wharf and the City look like one cluster, but London doesn't need to go overboard like New York or Tokyo. to be honest, with the exception of London and Paris, European cities with big skylines are usually ugly and/or boring, such as Rotterdam and Frankfurt.
Why would anyone want London to be filled up with soulless skyscrapers? A few unique ones look good, but I personally don't like the huge amounts that NYC or Chicago has. Out them in London and all they'll do is spoil the view of the truly wonderful buildings there.
Love my new electric shaver. A very well spent $75, best shave I've had since I started growing a beard and mustache I'd actually enjoy shaving now instead of letting my beard get ridiculous thick after several days just to avoid the damn razors every other day
