Maybe if you actually looked it up you'd realise that i'm on a timezone for somewhere that is geographically well over an hour ahead.
Yes, we are aware. However, it is not the current time of Germany so you are not on German time. You also haven't explained why being one hour ahead is inconvenient.

I've already told you. I don't want to be on german time.

I want to be on my local time without this summer time crap, I don't need it I am at 55north I get 17.5 hours of daylight in the summer, it is completely pointless and to be quite honest with you a waste of time. I can't stand changing the clocks and I hope they finally realise that it is not worth it and dump this dst bull****.

And anyway who bes out at 10 at night anyway! The shops are closed and quite a few people go to bed at that time!!

So how does that inconvenience you? I lived there just fine on BST, no problems at all, and Tesco closed at 9 PM still and so did much of the high street. So what? What do you do differently from what did that inconveniences you so much?

You have not given a reason why being on local time difference to you. 10 pm sunsets are only around for a few months by solstice. By late August you're not getting 10 pm sunsets. Regardless, I enjoyed the late sunsets, going for short walks, playing soccer at 9 something pm was fun. On the west coast of the US, a few times we had 9-9:30 sunsets. I enjoyed the extra light. Yea, it wasn't local time. But why would anyone care?

Germany is currently on UTC +2. You are at UTC +1. So no, not the same.

World Time Zone Map by Sections and current time- WTZ Section 08 - 12 hour format

UTC +1 line goes through Germany.
UTC -1 line goes through Ireland.

We are in the wrong timezone, how many times do I have to say that.

But Germany is not UTC +1. It's at UTC +2. The right timezone is personal opinion anyway, it doesn't have to agree with longitude.
