I'm happy that my youngest daughter loves animals and values life. She has spent her own money on a bottle and milk for an injured kitten and is now taken care of it full time.

I'm happy that yesterday's winds have brought blue skies, and yesterday's rain has bought a growth spurt in the gardens. The tree has been removed from our driveway, and today I'll get exercise cutting it down to more manageable pieces. Life is good.
