I've never felt such a cold at this time of year, when average low is around 60ºF, so we are 10ºF cooler.. in the suburbia, temperatures went lower. A station near home set 9,9ºC or 49,9º. The lowest ever set in november was 7ºC(44ºF) in 1974.
