Oww!! My brain hurts from all the wrong things on that map....can't.....compute.....BOOM! But in all seriousness, the end of the world and all laws applying to weather cease to exist. HEY! With this map, you could have a snow hurricane! (Inside joke, for you weather forum fans!)

I love the three sets of high pressure cells near southern Ontario.
Though that could be indicative of record-cold.
You map shows me fine weather for Manzanillo, Mexico.
That's Pacific Coast, central Mexico.
Probably a sunny day with highs of 33+ C (92+ F)
Several of your highs exceed the highest pressure ever recorded. Since you say it is winter time, the temp's in Canada would be like minus 200F. The super low pressure off the west coast is way lower than ever recorded. It would probably be causing 500 mph winds.
More to the point what's with all the warm/cold fronts plastered everywhere at random, even the high pressure systems seem to have their own warm or cold fronts.
