Tomorrows temps held back with a sodding front bringing more drizzle and gloom to north west areas.
The projected warm up next week will be marred by the rain/drizzle/cloud crap-combo which is never far away from the west subarctic mountainlands of England.
Got a nasty head cold today...think I have a fever. Of course I always get sick when something exciting is planned (trip to an amusement park this weekend). Last year I was screwed up from sea sickness in Boston and a few weeks later I got laryngitis right after senior prom. Two years ago I had food poisoning while in Myrtle Beach. A few years ago I was sick during a short ski trip to Vermont. About ten years ago I got some virus while vacationing in Florida. Notice a pattern? Just my luck!
On top of that my father has a fire going when it's freakin' 60 degrees outside.
Fever, chills, congestion...the classic cold symptoms. On top of that, it's warm and humid outside, so I can't get any cool fresh air. Cool and moist like it was earlier this week would have been ideal today.
Happened on the Bolte Bridge. Traffic stopped cause some moron up ahead was merging at the last minute to go in the middle lane as I was in the right lane. Everyone stopped except for this trucker. I reckon my van will be a right off but everyone escaped with no injuries which is the most important thing.

Unhappy that its summer time and it will be VERY hot and VERY humid for the next 3 to 4 months! Total misery. I will be avoiding going outside as much as possible. I like it COLD.
