Only other suggestion I have is to hit the gym, a lot. Like an hour or 2 a day.

Serious post ahead. Not trolling or anything just trying to help and it's only a reflect of my humble opinion.
Option 1.
Step 1: Realize that the prohibition of sex in your culture is an outdated aberration influenced by antique concerns of land sharing, reproduction and religion.
Step 2: Realize that wanting sex is a totally human thing and that you're just following your biological imperatives.
Step 3: Actually have sex and don't tell anyone (especially your family) about it and feel good
Option 2.
Find a girl that your parents approve of; get married, and have sex with her.
Option 3.
Hit the gym. Like really hard. 45 minutes or 8 hours a day won't make a difference; you just have to stress the **** out of your system by all means so that when you're done nothing matters anymore other than having a good night's sleep. This a coming from a guy who knows a good chunk of the tremendous benefits of working out for your wellbeing (I was overweight 3 years ago, normal 2 years ago, skinny a year ago and have been working out heavily for the past few months- so I know the full spectrum of fitness). The only downside to that is that when you start working out, girls are literally flocking to you so it might not help your cause. But at any rate, working out hard will make you feel incredibly better and less dependent from anything.
Option 4.
QUIT PORN.

Option 1 is viable, as long as I don't end up producing babies.
Option 2 is most likely, but requires lots of money from my side which I cant pay up for in the next 5 years.
Option 3 is the route I will aim for. Being fit makes me feel better, but stressing myself too much has negative impact on my academics.
Option 4 is invalid, as I don't watch porn.
Bonus is true. Mac15 seriously makes NO SENSE.

For how much longer. In recent times, my sleep has been messed up by excessive masturbation overnight .
@ Northstar: I do hit the gym for 45 minutes. It helps improve this situation a lot. But outside the gym, the icky feeling still sets in.

If you pick up a girl go to a hotel room for the night or somewher secluded and private, just tell your parents you are going to a friends place for a get together or something.
