March is well below average colder than the average winter month.

Why oh why can I not live on a mountain. I'd do perfect this week its just crap for low levels.

The forecast for me is sleet and rain all week with temps no higher than 3c with snow reserved for night hours. How crappy.
I have just checked the forecast for 400m and it does not exceed 0c with snow nearly all week. GRRR.

If only I lived at 300m...

Look at the forecast for 400m.

This really gets on my nerves.
This shows really what its been like all winter any precipitation has been reserved to the east coast and hence them getting all the snow and guess were everything is today!! Itll probably be the same tomorrow when its supposed to 'snow' or else it'll just fizzle out..

I've heard British posters mention having non-winter months be close to their winter months. That can't really happen here, because of the more continental, with greater differences between the monthly averages, and higher sunshine.

In Long Island, with its warmer Decembers, getting a warmer March than December in a season happens occasionally.

Not just close to our winter months, but colder than them. April 1986 was colder than December 1985, October 1974 colder than December 1974, and both November 1795 and March 1796 were colder than any of the winter months that season.

I want to go outside and it'll be in the low 60s. Mostly cloudy with some light rain in the beginning and then sun peeking out at the end. Plants starting to grow.

I can't believe how this winter is dragging. This time last year it was in the 70s and most days in March were also Sunny. I can't wait to feel some warm weather again!

The weather's so crap these days I don't even care about it any more. Apart from continuing my records (for the sake of completion and because I bought an expensive weather station ) Can't be bothered looking at a forecast. Always crap every time I see it. I hate british weather. Worst climate in the world.
