It's a good thing the average wage in London is over £600 per week then!
some businesman makes £10k per week, 20 people make £250 per week and u get the average of £600. This does not mean that average person in London gets £600 per week.

ive seen hundreds of job vacancies that pay £6.19 per hour in London, god knows how these people make a living. probably living 5 in one bedroom or i dont know
They will probably be sharing a flat with other people. Typically London wages will be far higher than elsewhere though to accommodate the higher living costs - doesn't mean they will be well-off though. £60,000 in London may be the same as £40,000 in Leeds, for example.
