You are not one to judge anybody else. In fact actually it was quite admirable that I was very independent minded at that age. If anything, I was more mature than most people of that age. Oh and I hardly drink either by the way if you are on about that being "maturity".

The fact that you're scared to do anything on your own or be independent shows how immature you are. An argumentative little coward.

When I was 16 and 17 we went with my friends to Estonia during the summers to buy booze and go to bars and strip clubs. And dodged the customs back here. That was a good test of maturity.

On the unhappy side, the t-storm missed us again. Went straight to Helsinki.

I guess you are one of those people who don't support children being treated like children and try and force them to grow up which is fine, but to me I think i'm mature enough and tbh I am not interested in growing up yet!
I think it is quite plain for all to see on here that you are not interested in 'growing up' & you do not act like an adult at all, BUT at 17 you really should be thinking about growing up, as once you are 18 you are an adult in the eyes of the law & Mummy & Daddy cannot protect you from everything then

When I was 15/16 all I wanted to do was to be more grown up, most kids do, though once you are an adult you do sometimes wish you could be young & looked after again...

Absolutely miserable. First I get some strange infection, which was probably contracted at a job I loathe. So then I go to the doctor and start taking medicine that'll hopefully treat it. Instead of carefully reading the instructions, I scanned them and missed that I shouldn't be exposed to the sun. I've been exposed to it for 8-9 hours a day for three days in a row. My skin is searing like a steak. I burn a little in the beginning of summer, but I have never had such terrible sunburn. I've been putting sunblock on, but it keeps melting off because it's so damn humid and I profusely sweat.

I hope I can work inside for a few days, otherwise I'm screwed. I either burn or make no money.

I know a doc who took meds and drove to make his hospital rounds and scaled his bald head in just a few minutes and he knew better. He warned me. For now I'm still unhappy about no rain as promised again today and it is supposed to be our raining season.

I think I have to say I disagree with the Met Office forecast. Forecast high today of 20c, reached 23c- so already exceeded their expectations.

17c on Tuesday. I think not. GFS every other weather model disagrees and so does the Irish Met office. Infact the Irish Met Office has a county near me down for 26c on Tuesday.
The only way that 17c will happen is if the Cloud does not clear.
