Well it's pretty common for us to get them. Double figure mins are not common. Only two months of the year average double figure and they are just around 10c.

That was surprising. I would have guessed 2 or 3.

6 single-digit lows in August, 2 in July, 4 in June. This month's average low is 12.8C.

Ok, but you're not exactly at the coast, despite living on a small island. What's Church Fenton's elevation?

Went onto the apple site and bought a new one at first class delivery. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. PLEASE!

I have sent the company an email and they will refund me the email. Thank goodness because I don't want to lose £18 for nothing!!

Church Fenton is at 9m. Those figures are from my personal station - though I'll use Church Fenton when compiling lists from the past 10 years for continuity's sake as I started recording in 2007. The figures will be similar in Church Fenton, it tends to be slightly cooler than here at night since it is rural, and there is some UHI here, even though it's minimal since my garden faces an open field and then lots of woodland.
