Be advised that I am an Indian guy who frequents this forum and posts threads.

I am very disappointed and truly hurt by some of the vulgar Comments I am seeing.

Welcome to the world of political correctness outside of Australia

Political correctness is well and truly spreading like a cancerous cyst here.

There were proposals to ban the song "bah bah black sheep", rename Blackboards to Chalkboards, and Seaworld renamed Fairy Penguins as "Little Penguins" to avoid offending the gay community and there are various rules some schools are considering like banning hugging, banning ball sports afterschool and banning tiggy and other games so whichever kid that lost doesn't get upset.

It's insanity. Whoever thinks I am racist for saying that asians and indians can't drive can suck my trouser snake. If I said that white people can't drive, no one would even bat a eyelid.

White people drive too fast. My paternal grandfather is Jamaican so I can say that since I am a minority.

From my experience, a considerable chunk of political correctness is carried out by people who are not affected by what they think is offensive. As a gay person, I would not find 'Fairy Penguins' offensive, lol, but there are probably some heterosexuals out there who would be offended on my behalf.

I don't buy into racial stereotypes or gender stereotypes about driving though - not from my experience in the UK, but maybe the situation is different in Australia. Young men here are definitely the most reckless drivers though - that is proven by facts.

I have no problem in calling someone a bad driver by their nationality. It's not offensive, its' a perception made by own observations. Might become offensive and untrue if you label all Indians as bad drivers without seeing them actually driving.

Sub-Saharan Africans and women often drive well below the speed limits, while Turks and Vietnamese drive like crazy.

But isn't Full Overcast Hungarian? Maybe it's the Hun blood (not German, real Hun) that makes him use coarse language.

And it's not offensive to call Little Penguins fairies either. Homosexuality and also prostitution is quite common among penguins.
