No wind. Wind is very annoying in general. I only like it if briefly occurring in a thunderstorm. Wind actually makes me angry especially if it's cold and especially if it blows things around.

I would prefer a gentle breeze on a warm summers day, enough to rustle the leaves on the trees. During cold winter weather, I prefer no wind, unless it is during a snowfall. It feels more comfortable during the day, and allows for rapid temperature drops at night. A breeze isn't too bad on a cold day with the temperature close to freezing, at times it can feel rather refreshing, but it does get a tad irritating after a while, especially if I am near a lake or a river.

If it's mild in winter, I prefer severe gales, they're very exciting.

Wind makes me angry in winter if it is preventing a very cold night from occurring.

Below 50 F - No wind
50-70 F - Light wind or no wind
70-90 F - Medium wind
90+ - Strong wind

Too bad usually when it's 90 here there's no wind at all. But then again any breeze that blows when it's that hot out is almost always a warm breeze, so I guess it wouldn't be any use anyway.

A mixture of the three. No wind or light wind at most times with some bouts of medium wind on some days. We don't really have strong windstorms here but would like to experience them once in a while.
Windchill isn't a factor where I live because if it drops below 40 F, it's always in calm conditions.

I love heavy winds. Give me 15mph or more.

Only in summer/warm weather though.
