Hello,

Do people normally tips them? We paid in full for photographer and wedding officiant 3 months ahead.

The photographer owns the studio. It's 800 dollars for our wedding. How much should I tip him??

The wedding officant is 150 dollars, should we tip the officant too????Both of us are not religious.

Thank you!!!

No I don't think it is customary to tip either of those people.

I've heard of tipping an officiant... like 20 bucks or something. I think we tipped ours that much.

Why would you ever tip a photographer?

They charge plenty as it is.

Hell, our photographer was 1000 dollars an hour. I do not think he needed a tip.

That is more than sufficient. If you're serving dinner, you can also plan to have your officiant and photographer eat, even if they refuse. We did that, just to be courteous.

Don't they get paid for the work they performed? Why do you feel a need to tip them?

It is customary to tip hair/makeup artists, DJs, and waitstaff at weddings.

We didn't tip the officiant or the photographer. Both charged plenty for their services.
