Are there any particular neighbourhoods or areas within Palm Beach County or Broward County that have a high concentration of French-Canadians?

In terms of year-round residents I don't think so, but a lot of Canadians from Quebec and Ontario come down for the winter and stay in rental homes or in apartment complexes that do rentals for snowbirds. There are probably some complexes that do a lot of trade with Canadians, if you ask around in Canada I bet you'd find out where the elderly Canadians like to stay.

Was going to say the same thing, especially Hallandale and Pompano.

There are at least two mobile home parks in southeast Florida that are Quebecois-owned and operated. Most of the residents from November through April are Quebecois. They are La Paloma in Boynton Beach and Pine Tree Park in Deerfield Beach. A top notch luxury resort called Aztec RV Resort in Margate is the same situation. Mieux vaut tard que jamais!
