Moving soon to the Boca area. We like the Omni Middle School but find getting info regarding home rentals in a safe area, difficult. We would like a gated community , no apartments please. Can anyone tell me which elementary school is in the OMNI school area and which neighborhoods to avoid. Thanks!

There arent any Elem to avoid in the Omni District..I think I gave u some gated developments u have your pick..go to Boca Executive Realty - Boca Raton Real Estate - Florida Real Estate

go to fnd rentals in schools or pull up the Rentals for 33496, 33434 and 33433 they all attend Omni School...

There is Calusa we love this school...then there is Del Prado and Verde...all zoned for Omni Middle...there arent alot of rentals available we wound up in San Marco at Broken Sound its a townhome/Villa community it wasnt our 1st choice however for the money, and not having to give a landlord 3 months up front like we did in West Boca it serves its purpose...Our lease is up in December..Anyway we are here until we decide exactly where we want to plant overselves in this area since we love it for the location and the schools..You can rent in Boca Point they have A TON of nice rentals zoned for either Del Prado or Verde Elem and ALL go to Omni Middle..
