Hi gang,

Is anyone familiar with the Little Ranches area of Wellington? My agent found us a temporary furnished rental that we are considering. I have already done the Google Earth and looked up all the stores etc..I am looking now for someone that actually knows this area.

Thank you.

SKB

I live near this area in Loxahatchee.....it is close to good schools, shopping and is within 35-40 minutes of downtown West Palm Beach....Wellington is a beautiful community and Little Ranches is on the outskirts (west).

I live in Wellington, about 2 miles from Little Ranches, and have friends who own a small horse farm in Little Ranches. It's mostly horsey people as the Wellington area is the nation's leader in equestrian activities, dressage, polo and jumping. You'll find unusually spacious lots in Little Ranches, and a variety of home styles, from older frame ranches to new-build CBS. It's all about the lifestyle! There's all the shopping you could want nearby and also a vast assortment of things to do for kids and adults.....golf, tennis, scouting, Lion Country Safari, movie-theater multi-plex, and the beach is only 25-30 minutes in cross-town traffic. I hope you'll enjoy living there, and lucky you to find a rental!!
