Handiman-Tile Person-Painter-Pool Screen Construction- Recommendations in West Boca (house, live)

Hi, well we're making an offer on a house in West Boca. Just returned to the dark side of the moon after spending a few days at the Hilton Suites ono glades road. ( I'll write a review soon. )

We will be looking to renovate the place. All new tile, paint and the pool currently does NOT have an enclosure. I used to have Lloyd Pynn in West Boca do my pool when I lived in Loggers Run a dozen years ago. But his phone is disconnected. He did a great job on a complete pool renovation for me so that's not good that I can't contact him.

We would look to make the pool more shallow, do a new marcite job, all new screen enclosure and also add a waterfall and lights. We did fiber optics on the last one and I'm told that's old fashioned now ( jeesh how time flies when we're getting older. Slow Down! )

And we'll need a handiman who can do a wide variety of things. Can you all help with recommendations so we can get some estimates and help us relocate back to the east coast, from the dark side of the moon?
