We are starting a family and we are looking for a family oriented place. I heard great things about Parkland and it's schools, but I was wondering if anyone here lives there.

We are looking into Heron bay or the Parkland Country Club, but we are not sure which place will be best...what do you guys think?

you should like the area, nice schools, hard hit by the crash it's a buyers market and don't let them tell you otherwise,I bought a mess of foreclosures and walk a ways, I just get a kick out of the hold outs it's all public info and still they hold on, do a realtytrac and bid low! stay away from the back area too as I had a dam Gator in a back yard the other day as I was doing a inspection try to nip at me till I b*****d the dam thing!

hello dive77mmwet!! I really appreciate the help.
I keep asking my realtor about foreclosures and he tells me that the foreclosures are not available for sale at this time...is that true? We got screwed in my existing house, I don't want to make another bad purchase. I want to make sure I buy our new house for a good price, but I can't do that without the help of a good realtor. Do you know someone that can help??

Since you have experience buying houses in parkland, what do you think is a good price for a 5 bed- 3 bath house with a pool in Heron bay or the country club??

Thank you again for your help
