Seeking P/T Live In Nanny in Exchange for Room and Board (rent)

We are a young family with amazing 1 year old twin girls. They are very good & very happy babies. They love to be outside and are very curious about the world around them at this time in their development. The girls do not attend daycare. My husband is a behavioral therapist who works 40 hours a week and I'm a stay at home mom.

We are looking for someone willing to work part-time in exchange for free room and board. Cable, internet and utilities are also included. You will have your own room fully furnished and you will share a bathroom with the girls. They only need the tub for their baths, so the bathroom will mainly be yours. We also travel in the summer for appox. 3 months because my husband's job requires him to do so. To qualify you must be responsible, reliable, flexible, 21 years or older, clean driving record with valid license, and pass a background check. We prefer someone can speak Spanish, but it's not reuired.

Since these are only part-time hours you will be able to work a part-time job if you need to make an income. Or if you are a student you can get out of paying room and board along with your tuition. Either way, this will be a good opportunity to save money. Times are tough for everyone so if you are looking to live rent and utility free, have your food paid for and still work a part-time job this would be ideal.
