The Taco Trucks you see around Lake Worth are most likely owned by Tacos al Carbon, as referenced by harper1116 . I like authentic Mexican so you can't go wrong with them, my husband and in-laws love it too. My FIL has celiac disease so he is all about the corn tortillas. We take out from there all the time and have never gotten sick, except when my husband tried the Mexican coca-cola. I recommend calling ahead as many people go there and if you order at window you could be waiting for a while on a busy afternoon.

For a more upscale Mexican, I recommend Rocco's Taco's. They have really great fish tacos.

I would not recommend La Bamba, been there a few times and it's a glorified Taco Bell. I don't even think their guacamole is freshly made.

I used to go to Rosalita's all the time and stopped going about 5 or 6 years ago because I thought the food quality declined, but whenever I drive by there are always a ton of people eating there, so maybe it's still good.

I have not been there in years, the food quality wasn't the best last time I went but it was very crowded as well.
