I'd skip on the 20 acres and hit up the Acreage, Lox, basically more south in PBC. Southwest Ranches and Davie will be too expensive that's where all the pro athletes live.

The levy situation is very serious. We just had the wettest year ever. There's issues with nutrient run off too.
