Know LI very well and what kind of people live there too...I grew up in Brooklyn and lived in Manalapan NJ and know all too well....
and most of the people in Boca came from LI, Staten Island, NJ etc...

but overall we had a great 3 years in Boca and really loved living there but THX is right for the most part we just never involved ourselves with those kind of people
