i have 2 months left on my 12 month lease. How can I break this lease? There was a leak in the roof and it was only noticeable when really hard and heavy down pour was present. Probably theres mold forming in the crawl space. i have an infant and i tried using this excuse, but these greedy people just wont let go. Should I hire a lawyer and scare them legally? Is there another way?
