I just recently got a job off of Jog Rd in WPB. I'm currently crashing at my Aunt's place in Boynton Beach, but she plans on moving soon.

I need some help with apartment searching in the area. I will go anywhere from Boynton Beach up to Jupiter. I prefer to stay closer to my job in WPB, but don't mind commuting if it means I won't have to sell a kidney for rent. At the MOST I'd like to spend $850 (and that's stretching it). I'd prefer to stay closer to $750 if possible. I need a SAFE and NICE apartment complex! Emphasis on those two things!

Anyone have any places in mind?

Try visiting the apartment complexes near the Villages of West Palm Lakes. There are quite a few complexes off Brandywine Rd. Those are the only ones I know of that have decent apartments in your price range that are relatively safe.

Those are nice areas but I don't that's within his price range.

Renting in Jupiter will be higher. Have you tried Wellington? Are you looking for 1 bed 1 bath? Some people are lucky by going through an agent but not I... so I'll recommend driving around and visit those communities. South on Jog Rd is nice but I would stay away though cuz of the trash/water treatment plan odor. It's really terrible (I am sure you've experienced it). To me it's not worth it at all. If you don't mind the smell, west of Jog Rd (toward Target) has a couple nice communities. On Jog Rd, there's the Briar Bay. Mostly 2b 2b, some are foreclosed on and now owned by investors, perhaps you can try to contact them see if you can get a deal for $800.
