My husband just got relocated to the Wellington area from New Jersey, and it's pretty likely that we're going to have to move into a place sight unseen (movers will be here April 28, he starts at the new position May 5).

Can anyone suggest a safe community or apartment complex in or around Wellington? We're looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath place, we can be flexible with pricing but obviously less expensive is preferable. I'm a runner and my husband is a cyclist, so someplace near a nice park or with safe roads and sidewalks would be great.

Thanks!

Park Aire which is off 441 is very beautiful and the newest one in the area. I looked there and was very please, but decided on a place in Palm Beach Gardens.

If you're moving to Wellington...like, pretty much everything there is safe. Living out west usually is!

wellington is a really gorgeous city, that's one of the few places where you can honestly rent a place sight unseen.

it's far enough away from the riff-raff that you'll never have an issue, yet close enough that you won't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

consider yourself fortunate that you guys are able to live/work in the area and have no commute, it's a fantastic place.
