Couple in their 60's looking for active CC Community. We are golfers and would also like a community where people do play cards. Also ,exercise, yoga would be great. I prefer a non equity membership but if it offers the lifestyle we want , would consider it. Would like a single family home in the $600K - $700k range. Also , quite sick of a snobby CC life. Would like to know which clubs you think are friendlier. Thinking about Broken Sound but also Mizner. What do you think the demographics are? Thanks.

Have you looked at Boca Pointe? They have several membership options. That location is great.

Broken Sound is great... I see you posted this at the beginning of March.. Have you found a place yet?

Boca Golf & Tennis Country Club might be your best choice. Membership is optional but they offer the amenities and activities you seek. Otherwise, Boca West, Stonebridge, Boca Woods, Boca Pointe, Bocaire, Delaire, Boca Grove are all good choices.

You might want to consider the Valencia Communities in Boynton Beach. There is Valencia Reserve, Valencia Cove and Valencia Bay. Valencia Bay is being built now, and the others are only a few years old. They have gorgeous entrances and extensive amenities. They are what's called Active Adult Communities, which are 55+. They are extremely popular and offer the "country club lifestyle" without the high membership equity fees.
