Is Delray safe? On neighborhood scout.com the crime index is a 9 with 100 being the safest.

Like much of South Florida - neighborhoods change quick.
It depends exactly where you're looking.

My sister saw a villa she is interested in right off Military...NW 3rd drive...Is that an ok area?

Delray was only talked about twice on the news. They said someone might be on drugs and that there should be free parking in downtown delray
