That is what I been thinking just trying to find out the catch. Would need a larger house. You could probably get it for $1. I have looking around prices seem to be really low in these places.

I love my HOA community. I pay around $210 a month but and in that it includes a 24/7 gate plus a patrol circulating 24/7 . I also have a beautiful equipped gym so my husband and I don’t have to pay $50 a month to pay for a gym membership. We don’t have an alarm we simply installed cameras through the entire house so that’s another $50-60 in alarm we don’t have to pay and last but not least we have a good cable and we pay for the WiFi and extra sports channel and for that we pay $99a month. My sister in law who lives in a non HOA place pays $189 a month for same so basically my HOA fee when you add all those extras comes out to $10 a month. To me it’s worth it! Plus like someone said houses all look beautiful, landscaping is superb. We have a gorgeous pool and spa ( hot tub) and an extra satellite (smaller pool) with splash pad for kids. To me that’s sooooo worth it !
