Can someone please post the name of a solid insurance company on the Boca area for a condo.

What can we expect to pay on a condo that is roughly $375k and will need hurricane and flood policies as well?

Thanks in advance.

Hurricane or wind insurance will most likely be included in your condo fees.
Flood insurance will depend on you and if it's in a flood zone.
Walls in insurance, or renters insurance on a condo that range should be around 75-125 a month depending on the value of your contents

Thanks for the info.

We are having a hard time finding a reputable insurance broker/company being we are in NY.

Do you have any recommendations and contacts?

Neither hurricane or wind insurance is included in the monthly condo fees.

We have been extremely satisfied with Prepared for homeowner's insurance. They have been wonderful to work with whenever we have had to make any claims.
