Anyone have any experience living here, or know someone who lives there? If so, how do you like it? Is it quiet? Is management responsive to maintenance issues? Any good or bad comments? Do they keep the grounds clean? We are considering moving there.

Oh yeah, you're right. The 'Hill'. Still I don't believe MB is an unsafe complex regardless....you just have to be mindful when driving south on Seacrest....but once you get west of 95, you're fine.
