Correction. It's the black americans that lived here for years that primarily make up those innercity areas. Most of the Haitians, (cubans, guatamalans, etc. for the matter) that immigrated tend to live in their OWN little neighborhoods in certain sections of town. In fact, they tend to work harder than the americans when they arrive here. There's something terribly wrong with people when immigrants come here to work hard (because that's all they know) meanwhile the americans that are born and raised here will sit around and wait for the handouts.

Actually, most of the poor blacks in many areas of Palm Beach County that live in high crime areas are not Africans. In fact, I know Haitians that won't live in any Haitian communities in Lake Worth or Riviera Beach/West Palm Beach because of the high amount of crime in those sections.

Most of the blacks in general - poor or affluent - in Palm Beach County are Haitians. However, in inner city areas outside of South Florida the poor people are mostly made up of American-born blacks. But in South Florida, where most of the Haitian population of the U.S. exists, the poor black communities are primarily made up of them.

Don't take this the wrong way or as name calling, but if you have had your home burglarized five times in two years in ANY neighborhood, you are a moron and they are targeting you because of that. You can blame the Haitians, but it's really because you should of taken more steps to secure your property after the second burglary.

Not only that, but he had a motorcycle or something stolen right after he moved to Las Vegas, he had a house broken into in Colorado, he's been hit by a truck, etc.--he's probably been burglarized, mugged, assaulted, and so on in at least 15 different places he's lived or visited because he's always considering some job opportunity or another. Plus if he goes near a landfill, he'll catch cooties. I think they're out to get him.
