Thanks for clogging up our court system, I am sure your lawyer will enjoy the new Barcolounger you are going to buy him.

FFS you admitted to speeding. I hope they slap you with an extra $500 fine.

Probably because it cost about $70-100 for a simple speeding ticket to be faught and won and it will save him THOUSANDS of dollars on insurance in the long run and protect his driving record?

Pay it and move on. The fact that there was no traffic is not relevant to how fast you were going if over the limit. If you were speeding, be a man (or woman) about it and PAY THE FINE.
Nothing wrong with fighting it, by paying up without a fight is not being a man LOL you are hilarious.

The only way you will win this is if the cop does not show up at the trial. If he does, you will typically lose AND PAY COURT COSTS.
Wrong, theres so many ways to beat a ticket or get it dropped in half and no points on record for insurance to see.

Cant wait to hear his results with that ticket clinic

Thank you for worrying about my money at this difficult financial time. God bless you for always doing the "right" thing at "right" time.

LingLing,

Why do you choose to live your life in high risk?
The speed limits are set on all roads due to how safe that particular stretch of roadway is.

I am always surprised when people decided to live their lives in a high risk by speeding, rolling through stop-signs, following to closely, turning in front of oncoming cars when they have to "gun it". etc..
It seems like every day I read about another death on the Florida roadways.

Here are examples of high risk takers that are now either dead or killed someone, including children:

Turnpike crash: Driver error suspected -- South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com (http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/local/treasurecoast/sfl-0303turnpikecrash,0,6328739.story - broken link)

Eight die on Central Florida roadways over the weekend (http://www.myfoxorlando.com/dpp/news/030109_Eight_die_on_Central_Florida_roadways - broken link)

LingLing slow down and stop being a high risk taker, it is not worth it and you can avoid ALL future speeding tickets.
If only all drivers decided to STOP being high risk takers, we would NOT have the amounts of accidents that we have.

Best of Luck,

Amen, I hope you go to court, lose and are fined up the gazoo !!!! I'm tired of tailgaters, speeders, cell phones, texters. I even saw a guy on his laptop while driving, not to mention those who read while driving. Enough is enough, our lives are in danger because you think when you get behind the wheel you can multitask. Jail go directly to JAIL !!!!!

Guess what I saw one day on the way to work? Picture this (I'm not kidding), your driving on the 408 in Orlando, it's about 6:30 am and still pretty dark out. Your driving along and look to your right at the driver next to you, and she is........................eating a bowl of freakin' cereal! KID YOU NOT!
