I am looking for a place in Boca but would like water access, intracoastal would be great but not sure if that is affordable. Any ideas as to real estate costs?

Can anyone tell me of a quality community to rent an apt or house in Boca that isn't a Boca West retirement type of community? Gated would be nice. I am married with a 7 year old and my wife and I will be working in Boynton and want the Boca schools. There is a place on Clint Moore and Military that I saw online. Coming from LA in a couple of weeks to scout it out and help would be appreciated! Thanks!

We are looking in Mission Bay, to Rent, these are single family homes and we are also looking in Boca Falls and there is a really nice apt complex called
Gables at Palma Vista, my realtor who is also a friend has clients living there and they really like it...

Good Luck...

Agreed. Personally, I've been to Boca twice and the third time, if ever, will be way too soon. You have to decide between Florida living (Jupiter) and New York/Jersey (Boca) city living.
