Best Beaches in Palm Beach County (Delray Beach, Jupiter: live in, restaurants, price)

I know this probably depends on what you are looking for in a beach day. But I was wondering what everyones opinion on what the best beaches in Palm Beach County are and why.

My last visit I tried getting to Delray Beach by Atlantic Ave. Couldnt find a parking spot. Looked like a popular destination. Ended up at South Park Beach in Boca. Very nice beach, but pricey to park. I keep hearing the beaches in Jupiter are the best??? Something about that particular location of The Atlantic meeting another body of water, which creates bluer, cleaner and warmer seas?

So, whats everyones experience and opinion?

I enjoy Coral Cove Park in Tequesta. Has access to both the ocean and Intracoastal, and is relatively quiet. Rocks can be a pain, but it makes for good snorkeling in some spots. Not much beach area though.

Parking is a pain at most south county beach parks. I really like Gulfstream Park but it can get crowded early. Same for the beach along A1A in Delray. Spanish River Park in Boca is nice (has a tunnel underneath A1A) but is expensive if you're not a resident.

Something to consider are those parks to the south of inlets. Water looks nice when the tide is coming in but when its running out its not much fun to swim in...

We love Lake Worth beach. Great beach, fishing pier to stroll out on, great restaurants and shops....very close parking.....restrooms....it's perfect!

My fav is Juno Beach b/c I can bring my dog. Also, the people (and their dogs) are very friendly and the beach is clean. Even though there are usually a lot of people there when I arrive, I always find a parking spot (although, sometimes I do have to drive around a little bit.)
The only thing that I don't like is that there are no restrooms.

McArthtur Park North of Singer Island. Lots of outdoor activities and never crowded. Besides that Juno Beach.

Thanks for the opinions. Some very good advice. So, it seemed to me that all of the beaches in Jupiter have free parking on the street. Is this correct? Also, do any of the beaches in Jupiter or Juno have concessions, restrooms, showers...?? Is there a particular beach that younger people hang at? Surfers?

Delray Beach is great if you can get a parking spot. All kinds of young people and things to do on Atlantic Ave. Great location. Jupiter and Juno are nice as others have said but much quieter and out of the way if you live in S. County especially. MacArthur State Park is very nice and scenic but can also be pretty secluded which can be great in itself depending on who you go to the beach with. A lot of it depends on where you live and how far you want to travel to hit the beach. As far as "best beach" is concerned that is largely subjective and depends on what you are looking for. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of them unless the water dries up.

Yes, free street parking but no concessions or restrooms, although there are showers as well as baggies to pick up after pets.
There is a mix of people who hang there. I have met people of all ages. Surfers hang there when there are waves (which usually means that it is windy and overcast and generally not good beach weather.)

I live in West Palm and absolutely love going to Jupiter Beach. The 30-minute drive to that area is worth it as it's not crowded and filled with trash. Anything up in north county is worth checking out. I like Delray's beach, too, when I don't mind the crowds. The beach on Palm Beach is a good option, too. You also can do Peanut Island, which is a nice change from the typical beach scene here.
