I'm not 55 so that is good. I do have young children.

When you say which one, how many are there? Looking for a great deal, Sonoma Sprgs address I think.

Yeah that's the one in Lake Worth. There's one in West Palm, Wellington, and a high-end one in Boca. I don't think there's any association, they just used the same name.
I showed a foreclosure in there that was nice, but it will probably be gone in a few days. The units are getting bought up by investors and since there are so many shortselling or foreclosed, for the most part you have to pay cash.
They used to sell in the 200's and now you can pick them up for a quarter of that so can expect there to be a lot of renters in there right now. Good area though and over the next couple years it should turn around nicely.
My buyers between there and the spa at sunset on Okeechobee and 441 right now. Similar situation.

I own a home in a nice 55+ community. I bought it when I was 48 years old.
In most communities, up to 30 percent of owners can be under 55. In my community, a 19 year old person can buy a home.........
