i've posted a few times now and said that i'm relocating to wpb in the spring. here's what i'm wanting to figure out....

my cousin may move with me so if she does, we would need a 3 bedroom but if she doesn't, we just need a 2. if it's a 3 we want to stay under 1500-1600 for rent and if it's a 2 we want to stay under 1200.

we want to be close to downtown and either want to be on the water (flagler dr) or within walking distance to city place. we really like the condos we have seen but we aren't sure if we will be able to find anything in our price range in those areas.

i'm getting so anxious and so excited to move, and i feel like the only thing i can do is google stuff and now that i've pretty much googled everything i can, this is the only thing left for us to figure out!!!! so can anyone help me???

and i have to apologize in advance, i'm so darn excited about moving, i'll probably post a hundred threads and people will be tired of me LOL!

Don't count on anyone moving with you... When I moved from Wisconsin 5 of my friends were going to come with and the only one that did was my girlfriend.
I'm always happy to help, I work primarily with sales, but can get you info if you need. You aren't moving for a year though right?
It is exciting though and you are doing the right thing researching. I didn't find this form until after I moved.

i'm not counting on my cousin moving with me, but the person that i am for sure living with already lives in pensacola. he's relocating to west palm and he recruited me for the move

i'm moving in probably the spring. so 5-6 months. UNLESS i get the money saved that i want to have saved before i move (i want at least 3000 saved before i even start looking for a job) and i find a job before spring... i'll be moving sooner then! basically i want to know what and where we can expect to find for the price ranges i mentioned above. there are lots of great complexes down there, but obviously only a handful that would fit our range! i would like to know exactly which ones to focus on so that i can stop stressing and making lists of places over and over again LOL!

I can vouch for skylinet as a super fabulous and reliable realtor! Just adding my two cents as it is nice to know when someone has a solid reference!

He has been working with us on closing our house and let me say... he is fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

I have not worked with skylinet but from all the non paid time and advice you give here that I have seen you must be a hard and honest realtor. I hope you do get referrals and work from here and if I know someone looking I will have them message you.
This new person giving out there website or friends what ever I can't imagine getting much business from here. It is on so many thread responses. I hate feeling suffocated by "sales" people and I would think others feel the same.
