I have lived in Palm Beach Gardens for 4 years now, and I have been itching to live in a high rise ocean front condo for a while now. Problem is, I'm a workaholic, and haven't been able to see much more of Pam Beach than the few mile radius I tend to eat / shop in, etc...

If anyone knows of a nice ocean front high rise condo complex, (preferably a new, contemporary one) I'm looking for a 3 brm, 2 bath+ with ocean views (not the inter coastal or a man made lake) My Max rent is $2500/mo.

I would go as far South as Boca Raton, and as far North as Hobe Sound)

Thanks in advance!

Jason

My advice go to: www.vrbo.com (http://www.vrbo.com - broken link) or www.vacationrentals.com
some of these owners are willing to rent annual rather than seasonal,
Good luck !!!!!

Ocean view or ocean front? Ocean front, new, 3/2, under 2500 might be tough. Ocean view something like this RMLS RNT Customer No VT Report would be nice. Newer and contemporary as well.
Here's oceanfront, it's remodeled, but it's an older building...RMLS RNT Customer No VT Report
Singer Island might have some of what you're looking for too...

Singer Island has a ton of ocean front condos. The Northern part of the Island gets you the conveniences of Palm Beach Gardens.
