Fiance and I are both bankers, and we live in Gainesville, FL. We will be married in the Spring, and we are moving in June (not sure where yet). We have no family in Gainesville. I'm originally from Oklahoma, and Aaron is from Illinois. We have a few family members spread throughout Florida (Port St. Joe/Panama City, Port Richie, and Orlando), and we know we want to stay in Florida. My question is this..."Is Boca a family-friendly place to live?" I have a four year old, and we will be expanding our family soon. We want to stay close enough to family, but still far enough to have our own lives
...any suggestions? Our household income is $62000, we will have no debt, and we would be wanting to rent a home for $1000-$1400/month. Thanks in advance for advice and suggestions! God Bless!

I think Boca is safe and well maintained plus near things like shopping and restaurants. The issue you will have is finding a place in that price range. It would be towards the higher end of your price range for a condo or an apartment and probably a 2 bedroom.
